 Candy Cleaning Machines

The NID Laser Candy Cleaner has been designed and developed specifically for the continuous on-belt cleaning of products demoulded from starch. The Laser system employs air-operated high-pressure rotary air jets mounted above and below an open-weave wire belt. This belt carries the product through the intense sweeping and cleaning action generated by the spinning air jets. Two standard sizes are available to suit your production requirements. The NID Twin Laser is ideal for production output of up to 2300 kg per hour. The NID Triple Laser is perfectly suited for higher production output, up to 3600 kg per hour.

 Candy Oiling Machines

 

The NID Automatic Turbo Oiler provides continuous-flow oiling and polishing for jelly and gum-based confectionery. Two versions are available to suit your production requirements. The NID Standard Turbo Oiler is ideal for a medium production, with throughput ranging up to 2300 kg per hour. The NID Extended Turbo 'E' Oiler having a longer drum is perfectly suited for high-speed NID Moguls, with throughput of up to 3600 kg per hour.

 
 

THE NID STANDARD AND EXTENDED TURBO OILERS HAVE THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

  • All parts in contact with candy are stainless steel, with continuous seam welding to maintain hygiene.
  • Spiral guides and lifting bars continuously turn the goods with a gentle lifting and rolling action, resulting in a light and even oil-polishing of every article.
  • Accumulation of goods in the drum provides a retention time for optimum oil coating.
  • Variable speed drum rotation to suit production throughput.
  • Reversible drum drive to completely discharge all candy at the end of production run.
  • Heaters maintain the required drum temperature for correct oil viscosity and the best possible oil-polishing result.
  • Stainless steel oil reservoir with electric heating and thermostatic oil temperature control.
  • Oil is accurately dispensed by a variable-flow metering pump.
  • Drum made of dimpled plate to prevent adhesion of candy to the drum surface. Standard on Extended Turbo "E" Oiler.
  • Optional product input sensor automatically stops and starts the oil supply.

 

 Sugar Coating Machines

The fully integrated NID Turbo Sugar Coater is an automatic system for continuous controlled sugar coating of starch-moulded jellies and jubes. The well-proven dependable design features have now been enhanced to increase efficiency and provide a perfect match for the modern NID Moguls.
